League Rules
Team Rules
1. Team Owners have a ton of control here in NAORCA as they have the rights to their car numbers as well as who drives their cars.

2. Team Owners may sign a driver at any point during the Off-Season.
​
3. A Team Owner may release a driver mid-season with reason and then sign a replacment driver
​
4. once a deal is signed between team and driver that contract is for the full season unless a team owner decieds to release a driver from that contract
Drafts
1. The Numbers Draft will only be for Team Owners who over the Course of 4 Rounds will pick the numbers for their cars.

2. the Number Draft and Team portion of the sponsors draft will always be a random order while the Driver portion of the sponsor draft will be random for the first season and then will be determined by league starts from there on.
​
3. all drafts will be a serpintine type draft meaning if you pick 1st in round 1 you will pick last in round 2
​
4. There will not be either Draft for the 2019 season we will have a both drafts for the 2020 season
​
5. Drivers may pick 2 Sponsors that will be their personal sponsors. Teams will pick 1 Sponsor that will be the Team Sponsor
​
6. You will be able to run any of your teamates sponsors throught the season.
​

During the Week
1. during the week Leading up to the next event teams will be expected to sign up with thier lineup and make note of any substitutions to their driver line up for that week.

2. While we dont mind some taunting and having fun we will not tolarate threats to other drivers in the facebook group if your are found to be doing so you will be suspended for 1 race if it continues to happen more races will be added on to the suspension
Pre-Race
1. During practice we will expect every one to operate themselves in a mature manner and handle themseves as such.

2. we will host pit parties during the last 30 mins of practice to try to get drivers a feel for racing around others with thier sets
​
3. Drivers meeting will take place 15 mins before Qualifying if you are not present for the Drivers Meeting you will not be able to race there will be no Exceptions to this rule.
​
4. Qualifying will be an open sesion for 10 minutes unless we are at a Superspeedway or a Road Course which will be 2 single car laps.
​
5. Please be respectful of your fellow drivers during practice and Qualifying
The Race
1. The Leader has Lane Choice on all Starts and Restarts
​
2. Do not switch lanes before the Start Finish line
​
3. There will not be a dedicated Race Contrller at the time of this rule book being put together this means all incidents will be reviewed post race
​
4. once the Leader crosses the Line at the End of a stage the caution will fly
​
5. The Leader has control on Restarts and can go anytime after the pace car ducks off the track
​
6. There will be 1 Quick Repair for use during the race because net code happens we do not want people to be like oh hey i got a fast repair no big deal. please race like you dont have one even though you do
Post Race
1. once the race finishes please drive all the way around to pit road and allow the race winner to celebrate with out damaging his car any more than it already is as we need a Victory photo.

2. race winners will be expected to position their car for a victory lane photo by being at a complete stop
​
3. should we aquire a broadcaster please be prepared to be pulled into the booth after the race ends so the broadcasters can do their interviews
​
4. all incidents that ocurred durning the race will be reviewed by the series admins following the event if an incidnet is deemed as a punishable offense you will be called to the Hauler where your punishment will be handed out
Crew Chief/ Spotter
1. We are Allowing Spotters and crew chiefs this year

2. the only requirment is that all crew members must be on the facebook drivers lounge
